The short version
You send us a photo of your pet, and we handcraft a one-of-a-kind 3D-printed keepsake just for you. Because every keepsake is custom-made, we can't resell it — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, we'll reprint it or refund you. Just chat with us or email hello@foreverpet.ai.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of foreverpet.ai (the "Site") and your purchase of custom pet keepsakes (the "Products") from Eigen Group LLC ("ForeverPet," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Custom-made products
Every Product is made to order from the photo you provide. Products are personalized items produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Our refund and reprint policy is described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.
2. Your photo and your license to us
- You confirm that you own the photos or videos you upload, or have permission to use them, and that they don't violate anyone else's rights.
- You grant Eigen Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, and process your uploaded photos and videos — including through trusted third-party services that generate the 3D model — solely to create, preview, produce, and deliver your keepsake and to provide customer support.
- We will not use your photos for advertising or marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
- Don't upload photos of people, or any unlawful or offensive content.
3. Artistic interpretation
Your keepsake is a handcrafted artistic likeness of your pet created from the photo you provide. Colors, textures, proportions, and small details may vary from the photo and from the on-screen 3D preview. Reasonable variation of this kind is inherent to the product and is not a defect.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill (for example, if a photo cannot produce a workable model). We'll always tell you and make it right.
- Promotional codes may have their own conditions and can be one per customer.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eigen Group LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Eigen Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, please contact us at hello@foreverpet.ai — we resolve almost everything with a conversation.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version; material changes apply to orders placed after the change.
