The short version

We only collect what we need to make and ship your keepsake: your pet's photo, your email, and your shipping address. We never sell your information, and if you'd like your photos deleted, just ask and we'll do it — email hello@foreverpet.ai.

This policy explains how Eigen Group LLC ("ForeverPet," "we," "us") handles your information when you use foreverpet.ai.

1. What we collect

Pet photos and videos you upload, and the 3D models we create from them.
Contact and order details: your email address, shipping address, and what you ordered.
Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Site usage: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Umami) that don't identify you personally.

2. How we use it

To create your 3D model and produce and ship your keepsake.
To email you about your order (previews, shipping updates).
To answer your questions when you chat or email us.
To understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

3. Who helps us (service providers)

We share information only with the services that help us run ForeverPet:

Eigeny — our 3D-generation partner processes your uploaded photo to create the model.
Stripe — payments and checkout.
Crisp — the support chat bubble.
Umami — cookieless site analytics (self-hosted).
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — if enabled, helps us measure advertising. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or Meta settings.
Our hosting and shipping providers, to run the Site and deliver your order.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Your photos

We keep your photos and 3D models so you can reorder and so we can help with reprints. Want them gone? Email hello@foreverpet.ai and we'll delete them.

5. Your rights (including California)

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor the same requests for everyone. We don't sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA. We'll never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

6. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. Security & retention

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
