The short version
We want everyone to be able to order a keepsake of their pet. If anything on this site is hard for you to use, tell us and we'll fix it — and we'll happily take your order by chat or email in the meantime.
Our commitment
ForeverPet (Eigen Group LLC) is committed to making foreverpet.ai accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Descriptive text alternatives for images, including our 3D pet previews.
- Full keyboard access for every step, from uploading a photo to checkout.
- Clear focus indicators, readable font sizes, and strong color contrast.
- Plain, jargon-free language throughout.
- Regular automated and hands-on accessibility checks.
Known limitations
The interactive 3D preview of your pet is a visual experience by nature. It always comes with a text description, and nothing about your order depends on interacting with the 3D view — every action has an ordinary button.
