Shipping, Refunds & Reprints

The short version
Shipping is free within the U.S. If your keepsake arrives damaged, gets lost, or something just isn't right, tell us — we'll reprint it free or refund you in full. That's our promise.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States. Shipping is free.
- Each keepsake takes about 7–10 days to craft, then 3–5 days in the mail.
- We'll email you when your order ships. No need to check back — we'll keep you posted.
Damaged, lost, or defective
If your keepsake arrives broken, never arrives, or has a defect in the print, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll send a free reprint or give you a full refund — your choice. A quick photo of any damage helps us fix things fast.
Returns on custom items
Because every keepsake is custom-made from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind — there's no one else your keepsake could belong to! But if you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out anyway. We'd rather make it right than leave you disappointed.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us as soon as you can. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full; once your keepsake is being crafted, we may not be able to cancel, but we'll always try to help.
