The short version
Shipping is free within the U.S. And every keepsake comes with our 100% love-it guarantee: if you don't love it — for any reason at all — tell us and we'll make you a new one free or refund you in full. Your choice, nothing to ship back. That's our promise.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States. Shipping is free.
- Most keepsakes ship within 3 days, then spend 2–5 days in the mail.
- Full Color keepsakes are crafted to order in full-color nylon — they usually ship within 10 days.
- Orders outside the U.S. spend longer in transit: most arrive in 1–3 weeks, and Full Color keepsakes in 3–5 weeks.
- We'll email you when your order ships. No need to check back — we'll keep you posted.
Damaged, lost, or defective
If your keepsake arrives broken, never arrives, or has a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We'll create a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. A quick photo of any damage helps us fix things fast.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee
Every keepsake is custom-made from your photo, so there's nothing to send back — and you never have to. If you're not happy with yours, for any reason at all, just tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll craft you a free replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You keep the keepsake either way.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us as soon as you can. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full; once your keepsake is being crafted, we may not be able to cancel, but we'll always try to help.
